Deputy Political Counselor and Political-Military Officer Julia Jacoby recently addressed 40 undergraduate students who are studying international affairs and NATO issues at Panteion University.

Julia covered the history and turning points of NATO as an organization and discussed the upcoming Warsaw NATO Summit where NATO heads of state and government officials will come together to make decisions regarding alliance activities. She wrapped up with a brief overview of her experience living as a U.S. diplomat overseas.
