On Tuesday, October 3, Ambassador Pyatt welcomed 65 university students and young professionals as part of “Panorama of Entrepreneurship’s Business Day” program. Each spring, Panorama of Entrepreneurship hosts a three-day event at Megaro Mousikis for students and recent graduates interested in business and entrepreneurship. This past year, several thousand young Greeks took part. As part of the event, students sign up for visits to large corporations and institutions to learn more about the professional world. In the past, companies such as Google, Cosmote, Microsoft and many others have organized Business Days at the premises. This was the first time that the U.S. Embassy hosted a Business Day event. The Ambassador and Embassy diplomats showcased the work that the Embassy is doing in making the bilateral relationship stronger in areas such as economic collaboration and development, regional security, and educational initiatives and exchanges.
